Abbott’s Lingo team seeks a curious, entrepreneurial Senior Product Manager to turn raw glucose data into personalized insights and build engaging reward loops for sustained health behaviors. You will shape the roadmap for insights and behavior change, collaborating with Engineering, Design, Clinical, Sales, and Product Marketing, reporting to the Director of Product.

This onsite Alameda, CA role offers high visibility and the opportunity to impact people’s health through a full product

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• 5+ years of product management experience at a consumer tech company or organization.
• Proven track record of taking products from concept to successful market adoption.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate customer problems and product solutions.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and a self-starter who proactively identifies opportunities to improve the product and user experience.

Responsabilidades

• Be the voice of our users. Conduct high-impact user research and leverage user feedback in all its forms to accurately capture and represent user needs.
• Roadmap development and prioritization: Craft a clear roadmap of highly prioritized features and initiatives that deliver against the product vision & strategy and drive business impact.
• Lead end-to-end product development. Lead the discovery, ideation, scoping, execution, and launch of user centric features to address user problems and business opportunities.
• Define key performance metrics for your features and closely analyze product performance to measure success, identify gaps and areas of improvement.
