Job summary

Poker Power is seeking a Senior Consumer Product Manager to own both surfaces: roadmap, requirements, analytics, research, and outcomes. You will be the sole product strategist, partnering with a Product Owner on sprint execution and reporting directly to the founder.

Expect autonomy, fast iterations, and close executive access in a small team. You will own strategy, analytics, research, and app store optimization, driving measurable retention and activation improvements while collaborating

Qualifications

• 7-10 years in consumer product management with mobile focus.
• Experience in startup environments with small teams and no dedicated research/PM roles.
• Experience owning retention, activation, or engagement metrics.
• Ability to ship meaningful work weekly while maintaining analytics and delivery.
• Deep understanding of mobile retention measurement and cohort analysis.
• Hands-on qualitative research; conducted interviews and churn analysis.
• Ability to write precise specs for engineering without guidance.
• Familiarity with poker mechanics is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Own roadmap and strategy; define app/web roles and audiences, and manage quarterly plans.
• Write specs with user stories, acceptance criteria, and edge cases; define success metrics.
• Lead analytics, instrumentation, and dashboard integrity; monitor retention and activation.
• Design and conduct user research to explain why users stay or churn.
• Own ASO discipline: keyword strategy, listing copy, screenshots, conversions.
• Run experiments with proper design, controls, and staged builds.
• Coordinate with founder/CEO and cross-functional teams; handle product requests from marketing and operations.
