Job summary

Republic Finance in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking a Sr. Consumer Loan Specialist to originate consumer loans and deliver excellent customer service. You will build strong customer relationships, complete loan applications, and work toward sales goals while assisting the Branch Manager with daily operations.

This role offers a competitive salary, an uncapped monthly bonus, and robust benefits including health, dental, vision, PTO and a 401(k) match. A sign-on bonus is also included.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in goal oriented, incentive-based sales.
• Experience in consumer finance preferred.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Originate consumer loan business with new and existing customers.
• Evaluate customer needs and recommend loan and voluntary products.
• Complete loan applications and proposals; follow up with applicants.
• Explain loan process and answer questions on products and processing.
• Assist Branch Manager with daily operational tasks and set a positive example.
• Ensure a positive total customer experience and meet sales goals.
• Manage daily servicing of a growing consumer loan portfolio.
• Adhere to policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
