Republic Finance in Goose Creek, SC is hiring a Sr. Consumer Loan Specialist to join our branch team.

You will originate consumer loans, complete applications, develop customer relationships, and help meet sales goals while delivering a positive total customer experience. We offer a competitive salary of $36,000 annually (paid hourly) with an uncapped monthly bonus averaging $8,000, plus comprehensive benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, PTO, holidays, a 401(k) with company

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years in a goal‑driven, incentive based sales role.
• 1+ years in consumer finance preferred.
• Professional demeanor and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Originate new loan business with new and existing customers.
• Evaluate customer needs to recommend loans and voluntary products.
• Complete loan applications and follow up with borrowers.
• Explain loan processes and answer product questions.
• Close loans and manage loan portfolios to meet goals.
• Assist Branch Manager with daily operations and tasks.
