Job summary

SmartyPants Vitamins is seeking a Sr. Manager, Consumer Intelligence & Strategy to translate consumer and market insights into growth strategies and investment priorities. You will lead a multi-year learning agenda, partner with senior leaders, and build AI-enabled capabilities to accelerate decision-making.

You will own insights activation, experimentation, and the evolution of brand insights, shaping go-to-market and product development as the business scales globally.

Qualifications

10+ years in consumer insights, analytics, or strategy.
Experience translating insights into growth and brand decisions.
Proven ability to influence senior leaders with data-driven recommendations.
Experience with AI-enabled research or analytics is a plus.

Responsibilities

Define and lead consumer intelligence strategy and learning agenda.
Partner with senior leaders to diagnose performance and identify growth.
Translate insights into actionable recommendations that drive growth.
Act as trusted advisor on brand strategy and go-to-market decisions.
