Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a mid to senior-level Consumer Finance Associate for our Phoenix, Arizona office. The role centers on financial regulatory and compliance matters across a diverse client base, including lenders and fintechs.

You will advise on mortgage lending, consumer finance, and commercial finance, and you will manage licensing, enforcement, and related regulatory risk. Strong research and writing skills, attention to detail, and collaboration with teams are essential to

Qualifications

• 3 to 6 years of experience in financial services regulatory and compliance.
• Knowledge of TILA, RESPA, UDAAP/UDAP, HMDA, FCRA, and FDCPA.
• Experience with enforcement, money services businesses, and payment systems is a plus.
• Strong academic background and attention to detail.
• Admitted to or eligible for admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Fluency in Spanish preferred but not required.
