Job summary

Dexian is seeking a hands-on Data Scientist for its Consumer Data Science & Strategy team to partner with Sales, Marketing, Digital, and Strategy leaders. You will develop predictive analytics, machine learning, and AI-driven solutions to drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue growth.

You will build models in Python and SQL, translate insights into actionable recommendations for senior leadership, and drive analytics adoption from concept to production across marketing

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in Data Science, Advanced Analytics, Predictive Modeling, or Marketing Analytics
• Strong SQL and Python skills
• Experience with machine learning/predictive modeling
• Experience supporting customer, marketing, CRM, sales, acquisition, or retention analytics
• Experience moving analytical solutions into production
• Strong communication and executive presentation skills
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, or related field

Responsibilities

• Develop predictive models and advanced analytics using Python and SQL
• Analyze customer behavior, segmentation, targeting, retention, and marketing performance
• Take analytics solutions from proof of concept through production and business adoption
• Translate complex data into actionable business recommendations
• Partner with senior stakeholders and present findings to leadership
• Measure business impact and ROI of analytical initiatives
• Use Tableau or similar BI tools for data visualization and storytelling
