Red Hat, LLC is seeking a Consulting Services Manager in the United States to lead delivery of consulting engagements, manage key Financial Services accounts, and drive revenue growth with the sales team. You will oversee projects from kickoff to closeout, ensuring scope, governance, and customer satisfaction meet contractual expectations.

Formación

• Knowledge of technical or business consulting practices.
• Experience in Banking or Financial Services is a plus.
• Experience in project delivery.
• Experience with internal or external sales cycles and providing a services approach to the sales teams and Financial Services customers.
• Ability to architect complex solutions using multiple offerings and technologies to deliver requested business value.
• Experience managing large customer programs, solutions, or territories.
• Expert-level presentation skills proven through presentations at customer meetings.
• Knowledge of application development or cloud solutions creation and delivery.
• Experience with cross-functional collaboration within a software company or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Sell Red Hat's services and solutions using customer requirements.
• Meet bookings ACV targets for Red Hat Consulting, Training, and TAM.
• Grow territory through internal business partnerships with field sales and partner programs.
• Design and implement high-impact technical and business solutions focusing on Red Hat OpenShift.
• Provide revenue and booking forecasts for your territory.
• Manage revenue and booking goals across practices; meet margins.
• Ensure successful delivery of projects via Change Management and Governance meetings.
• Coordinate customer managers who supervise consultants and foster collaboration.
• Sell and manage multi-product solutions using TD Point and Services Delivery Frameworks.
• Grow revenue on a quarterly basis.
• Manage escalations without supervision.
• Assist with negotiating master services agreements and statements of work.
