Job summary

Red Hat, Inc. is seeking a Consulting Services Manager to join the US team.

You will develop, cultivate, and manage relationships within Financial Services customer accounts, overseeing project delivery from kickoff to closeout and ensuring alignment with contractual expectations. You will lead selling and delivery of multi-product solutions, forecast revenue and bookings, and coordinate with sales, architects, and project managers across regions.

Qualifications

• Experience in banking or financial services is a plus.
• Proven project delivery experience.
• Experience across internal or external sales cycles.
• Ability to architect multi-product solutions.
• Experience managing large customer programs or territories.
• Excellent presentation skills in customer meetings.
• Knowledge of application development or cloud solutions delivery.
• Cross-functional collaboration within a software company.

Responsibilities

• Sell Red Hat's services and solutions to customer requirements.
• Meet bookings ACV targets for consulting, training, and TAM.
• Grow territory via partnerships with field sales and alliances.
• Design and implement technical and business solutions focusing on OpenShift.
• Provide revenue and booking forecasts for the territory.
• Manage revenue and booking goals across practices; ensure margins.
• Oversee delivery of projects via Change Management, Planning and Governance.
• Coordinate customer managers of consultants to foster collaboration.
• Within a year: sell and manage multi-product solutions; grow revenue; manage escalations; assist with master services agreements and SOWs.
