Qualifications

• 10+ years in software development, consulting, or support across multiple industries.
• Proficiency in Java, C#, Python, Node.js, Ruby, or Go.
• Experience with Oracle, MS SQL Server, and PostgreSQL databases.
• Familiarity with Linux diagnostics, tuning, and enterprise-scale architectures.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to customer implementations across the application lifecycle: planning, deployment, development, integration, and operations.
• Deliver customer classroom-based training to architect, developer, and operations roles.
• Collaborate with delivery teams including project managers and account teams.
• Position as a trusted advisor guiding customers and influencing the product roadmap.
• Maintain billable utilization and share field experience to improve products.
