Responsibilities

• Under the responsibility of a Manager or a Director, you lead the analysis of the performance of an organization, on topics of innovation, purchasing, supply chain or operations.
• You actively participate in leading discussions with your client in order to identify and assess concrete and ambitious avenues for improvement.
• You support the implementation of these recommendations in direct contact with your client’s operational teams.
• Depending on the case, you can supervise one or more junior consultants to carry out certain analyzes, and take an active part in certain aspects of the management of a project in support of your manager.
• You consolidate and summarize the actions and progress made with your management for presentation to a Steering Committee and / or a Management Committee.

Profile / Qualifications

• Graduate profile, with engineering or management background, you have 3 to 5 years of experience in operations or in consulting on similar subjects.
• You appreciate teamwork and have a strong ability to adapt, allowing you to evolve in multiple environments with people from different cultures and backgrounds.
• Rigorous, with strong analytical skills, you have also been able to develop excellent interpersonal skills and have an entrepreneurial spirit.
• You master office tools.
