Job summary
Jobgether, listing on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Senior Consulting Engineer based in Spain to deliver hands-on engineering, architecture, and consultative support for strategic enterprise customers. You will work across design, migration, and production environments with a focus on distributed database systems and cloud integration.
You will lead architecture discussions, perform benchmark and migration activities, and craft scalable guidance and resources.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in Professional Services or equivalent technical role.
- Experience implementing or supporting distributed DBMS.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise projects across design, migration, and deployment.
- Provide consultative guidance through implementation and PoC.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Support teams.
- Develop and share technical resources and benchmarks.
- Contribute to scalable best practices for distributed DB environments.
- Participate in on-call coverage and regional travel (up to ~35%).
