Qualifications

• FCAS fellowship required at time of application.
• Up to 10 years of professional actuarial full-time experience in pricing, reserving, predictive modeling, capital modeling, ERM, or reinsurance topics for NA/Europe.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher with actuarial math coursework.
• R mastery for statistical modeling.
• Proficiency with Excel and Word.
• Working knowledge of Access and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Direct interaction with client and/or client's other vendor partners.
• Direct, train and guide Actuarial Analysts.
• Lead marketing opportunities including publications and presentations.
• Oversee project execution, ad hoc or longer-term.
• Draft reports and exhibits and prepare internal/external correspondence.
• Present findings to peers and client managers.
• Comply with QA, risk mgmt, and peer review guidelines.
• Write documentation tracking data for projects.
• Implement process improvements for better results.
• Perform or assist with duties directed by Principals.
