Senior Consultant - Veeva Clinical Operations - Managed Services (Remote)

As a Clinical Senior Consultant, you will support a group of customers such as Merck, Bayer, Novo Nordisk, AstraZeneca, and others. Your role involves understanding their business processes, providing guidance, discussing Vault changes, and configuring solutions. You will collaborate with other teams at Veeva, shape ideas, improve our delivery model, and work closely with product management to communicate customer requirements and industry needs.

To succeed, you should be tech-savvy, experienced in configuring, supporting, or implementing software solutions, and possess strong communication skills in English.

This is a full-time role in Europe. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Europe, as Veeva does not anticipate sponsorship for employment visas.

What You'll Do

1. Analyze customer requirements and support solution design for Vault Clinical modules (e.g., eTMF, CTMS, SSU, Payments).
2. Advise on business requirements to ensure successful adoption and process alignment.
3. Contribute to system design, including requirements gathering, configuration, validation, migration, and training.
4. Troubleshoot issues and perform system configuration changes.
5. Define deployment plans, KPIs, and post-live governance strategies.
6. Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, managing communication and expectations.
7. Guide customers in adopting Vault and industry best practices post-implementation.
8. Drive change management for customers transitioning from on-premise to SaaS solutions.
9. Mentor team members and junior consultants.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in implementing or supporting core business and IT solutions.
• Deep knowledge of Clinical Operations processes and guidelines.
• Proven leadership in implementation or maintenance projects.
• Experience leading teams and managing customer expectations.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and translate business needs into solutions.
• University degree or equivalent experience.
