As a Clinical Senior Consultant, you will support a group of customers such as Merck, Bayer, Novo Nordisk, AstraZeneca, and others. Your role involves understanding their business processes, providing guidance, discussing Vault changes, and configuring solutions. You will collaborate with other teams at Veeva, shape ideas, improve our delivery model, and work closely with product management to communicate customer requirements and industry needs.
To succeed, you should be tech-savvy, experienced in configuring, supporting, or implementing software solutions, and possess strong communication skills in English.
This is a full-time role in Europe. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Europe, as Veeva does not anticipate sponsorship for employment visas.
