Job summary

Ryan is seeking a Senior Consultant in Transfer Pricing to join our expanding team and support the UK practice. You will work closely with the Transfer Pricing Lead to grow capabilities, deliver high-quality TP work, and take on increasing responsibility in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers opportunities for technical development, collaboration with experienced leadership, and exposure to international client portfolios within a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• ACA-qualified or working towards equivalent professional certification.
• Good understanding of UK transfer pricing legislation and OECD principles.
• Exposure to thin capitalisation rules and intercompany financing is advantageous.
• Experience using transfer pricing databases to support benchmarking and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Support growth strategy for the UK practice and contribute to client engagements.
• Assist in business development activities, including preparing materials and proposals.
• Design and implement transfer pricing policies for a diverse portfolio of international clients.
• Conduct functional analysis interviews and prepare deliverables per UK legislation and OECD guidelines.
• Support cross-border financing engagements, including thin capitalisation analysis and benchmarking.
• Perform economic analysis and benchmarking using standard transfer pricing databases.
• Support day-to-day client interactions with clear, timely communication.
• Draft technical reports and documentation with strong attention to detail.

We are looking for a motivated Senior Consultant, Transfer Pricing, to join our rapidly expanding group.

Working closely with the Transfer Pricing Lead and Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the growth and delivery of our UK Transfer Pricing practice. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your technical expertise and take on increasing responsibility within a fast-growing and dynamic environment.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Support the execution of the growth strategy for the UK practice, contributing to client engagements and supporting new business initiatives
• Assist in business development activities, including preparing materials and supporting proposals
• Support the design and implementation of transfer pricing policies for a diverse portfolio of international clients
• Conduct functional analysis interviews and support the preparation of high-quality transfer pricing deliverables and documentation in line with UK legislation and Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development guidelines
• Support cross-border financing engagements, including UK thin capitalisation analysis and interest rate benchmarking
• Perform economic analysis and benchmarking using industry-standard transfer pricing databases
• Support day-to-day client interactions, ensuring clear, timely, and professional communication
• Draft technical reports and documentation with strong attention to detail

Education And Experience

• ACA-qualified or working towards an equivalent professional certification
• Good understanding of UK transfer pricing legislation and Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development principles
• Exposure to thin capitalisation rules and intercompany financing is advantageous
• Experience using transfer pricing databases to support benchmarking and analysis
