Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Senior Consultant to support engagements and business development in its State & Local Government practice in the Boston area. You will contribute to business design, organizational strategy, program strategy, implementation, and transformation initiatives, with travel to client sites and Guidehouse offices as needed.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university.
• Minimum of THREE (3+) years overall work experience, ideally consulting experience or experience in related field
• Critical thinking to solve problems and develop innovative solutions to client’s management and operational challenges
• Must currently reside in the Boston area
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to travel to client locations, GH Office locations as needed to support client engagements
