Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking an entry-level consultant for our State and Local Government practice in the United States. The role targets new graduates or upcoming graduates with a Bachelor's degree and a strong interest in public sector consulting.

You will support client work across economic development, sustainability, and organizational strategy while developing skills in financial modeling and stakeholder management. The position is typically on site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or in final year with graduation between Spring 2025 and Spring 2026.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• No current or future sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Support state and local government clients across multiple areas.
• Assist in economic development, sustainability, disaster recovery and program management initiatives.
• Contribute to market analysis, financial modeling and operational analysis.
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage project tasks.
• Translate strategy into actionable implementation plans.
