The Role

Veeva Systems seeks driven, self-motivated Lead Consultants passionate about empowering enterprise companies with cloud-based technology. Veeva’s Vault Quality unifies applications, processes, and partners across content management, QMS, and QC lab solutions, streamlining development and manufacturing of high-quality products.

Senior Quality Consultants in Enterprise Application Management lead teams to develop and execute strategic roadmaps for Veeva Vault products, oversee agile release processes, and manage operations across customer QA, IT, and Business teams. This role offers the opportunity to work with some of Veeva’s largest and most strategic clients.

This is a remote, full-time, permanent position with no specific work location required. Travel up to 15% may be necessary.

What You’ll Do

1. Lead IT Operations for Veeva’s Quality SaaS solutions at customer sites
2. Serve as the primary liaison, managing communication among implementation teams, stakeholders, and third parties
3. Manage customer release programs including planning, tracking, and forecasting
4. Analyze customer needs and develop adoption and enhancement roadmaps
5. Guide customers in adopting Vault and industry best practices for continuous improvement

Requirements

1. 8+ years in IT Project Management, GMP Systems, or Software Consulting
2. Proven leadership in implementation and/or IT operations as a consultant, analyst, or IT lead
3. Ability to work independently and in teams in a dynamic environment
4. Understanding of SaaS and GxP principles
5. Quick learner with creative problem-solving skills
6. Excellent communication skills
7. Experience in Life Sciences Quality, Manufacturing, or Healthcare
8. Experience with Data or Content Management applications

Compensation

• Base salary: $80,000 - $200,000
• Salary varies based on experience and location. Additional compensation may include bonuses or stock options.
