What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead IT Operations for Veeva’s Quality SaaS solutions at customer sites
- Act as the primary liaison managing communication between implementation teams, customer stakeholders, and third parties
- Oversee customer release management programs, including resource planning and release tracking
- Analyze customer requirements and new product features to develop adoption and enhancement roadmaps
- Guide customers in adopting Vault and industry best practices for continuous improvement

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 8+ years of experience in IT Project Management, GMP Systems ownership, or Software Consulting
- Proven track record leading implementation and/or IT operations as a consultant, business analyst, or IT lead
- Strong ability to work independently and in teams within a dynamic environment
- Good understanding of SaaS and GxP principles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in Lifesciences Quality, Manufacturing, or Healthcare sectors
- Familiarity with Data or Content Management applications
