ManpowerGroup is seeking a Sr. Program Manager Business Professional for a Batesville, IN onsite role. You will lead a 12-month engagement to simplify end-to-end product development processes across R&D, Quality and Regulatory, delivering measurable improvements in speed and compliance.

You will map current PDE and QMS flows, drive AI-enabled pilots, define ownership and criteria, and transition the program to sustaining operations with clear governance and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in product development, quality systems, operational excellence, process engineering, program management or related discipline (medical products).
• Working knowledge of FDA Quality System requirements and ISO 13485.

Our client, a leader in regulated product development, is seeking a Sr. Program Manager Business Professional to join their team.

Job Title: Sr. Program Manager Business Professional

Location: Batesville, IN (Onsite)

Pay Range: $92/ hr on W2

What's the Job?

• Lead a focused 12-month engagement to simplify end-to-end processes that shape product development across CCS, partnering across R&D, Quality, Regulatory, and other functions.
• Map current-state PDE and QMS flows, quantify friction points, and align stakeholders on a prioritized simplification and AI opportunity roadmap.
• Redesign and pilot two to three high-priority processes end to end, deploying governed AI use cases that measurably improve speed, quality, and compliance.
• Clarify ownership, decision rights, roles, interfaces, and phase criteria across shared product development processes to reduce handoff ambiguity and rework.
• Drive measurable results through performance tracking (cycle time, effort removed, rework reduction, adoption, process compliance, user feedback, and sustainability), then transition ownership with a sustaining plan.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, quality, operations, business, or a related field required; advanced degree preferred.
• Typically 15 or more years of experience in product development, quality systems, operational excellence, process engineering, program management, or a related discipline, including significant experience in the medical products industry.
• Working knowledge of applicable medical device quality and regulatory expectations, such as FDA Quality System requirements and ISO 13485.
• Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional transformation or continuous-improvement initiatives in a matrixed organization.
• Strong facilitation, change leadership, and stakeholder-management skills, including the ability to influence senior leaders, engineers, process owners, auditors, and subject-matter experts without direct authority.
