- Clarify ownership, decision rights, roles, interfaces, and phase criteria across shared product development processes to reduce handoff ambiguity and rework.
- Drive measurable results through performance tracking (cycle time, effort removed, rework reduction, adoption, process compliance, user feedback, and sustainability), then transition ownership with a sustaining plan.
What's Needed?

- Typically 15 or more years of experience in product development, quality systems, operational excellence, process engineering, program management, or a related discipline, including significant experience in the medical products industry.

- Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional transformation or continuous-improvement initiatives in a matrixed organization.
- Strong facilitation, change leadership, and stakeholder-management skills, including the ability to influence senior leaders, engineers, process owners, auditors, and subject-matter experts without direct authority.

- Opportunity to lead a highly visible, mission-critical process simplification initiative that strengthens speed, quality, and compliance.
- Hands-on experience applying governed automation and AI in a regulated environment with clear controls and human review.
