What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Lead life sciences customers in the rapid configuration and implementation of Vault Safety
2. Define strategies, business processes, and implementation programs for deploying Vault Safety across organizations
3. Provide subject matter expertise on Drug Safety and Pharmacovigilance for customers and project teams
4. Manage project resources, lead cross-functional teams, and track project progress
5. Act as the primary contact for customer communication, ensuring stakeholder engagement and satisfaction

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. 8+ years of life sciences industry experience, primarily in Drug Safety, Pharmacovigilance, or related fields
2. Experience with safety databases such as ARISg, ARGUS, or other GxP software solutions for Pharmacovigilance
3. Strong knowledge of Drug Safety and Pharmacovigilance processes and regulations
4. Proven ability to manage diverse customers and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

1. Degree in Life Science, Computer Science, or a related field
2. Hands-on implementation experience with safety databases like ARISg or ARGUS
3. Experience in SaaS/Cloud environments
4. Background in demonstrating software applications during pre-sales activities
5. Proximity to major life sciences customer hubs (e.g., NJ, Boston, San Francisco, Philadelphia, Chicago, RTP NC)
