Job summary

GEI Consultants, Inc. seeks a Senior Consultant for a nationwide position with multiple location options. The role coordinates technical services and staff, drives business development, and leads project delivery across the practice to meet regional needs.

The candidate will foster client relationships, identify growth opportunities, collaborate with marketing to strengthen GEI branding, and guide staff development while promoting safety and culture across offices.

• Encourage professional publications by staff within practice.
• Instill health and safety (H&S) culture and ensures H&S programs are followed

We are looking for senior professionals in Water Resources, Environmental, Civil, Structural, Geotechnical and Ecology areas of practice. Position can be based out of any of the areas we service across the country (view our office locationshere ). Reporting to the Branch or Regional Manager, this position will coordinate technical services and staff within the assigned practice to foster collaboration across the region. Manage projects and clients within the practice. Primary focus is on practice and regional needs rather than branch level needs.
