Job summary

North Highland Consulting is seeking a Senior Consultant in Management Consulting to turn strategy into measurable results for top clients. You will join the Strategic Program Management practice to help transform vision into value and deliver lasting impact.

You will plan and lead work streams, manage complex stakeholder relationships, and drive quality deliverables while engaging directly with clients on-site.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management consulting, advisory, professional services, or Big 4 experience.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks at various stages of completion.

IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:

3+ years of management consulting, advisory, professional services, and/or Big 4 consulting experience.

Proven ability to effectively manage multiple tasks at various stages of completion.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Understanding of various technologies including applications and databases.

Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office Suites of products(i.e.Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).

Demonstrated proficiency in use of project planning tools (MS Project, Jira, Version One,Aha!,etc.).

Proven success delivering projects inAgile/Scrumand Waterfall environments.

The ability to travel to fulfill client requirements and project needs, and for personal development.

An entrepreneurial mindset, including an excellent ability to uncover new opportunities for account growth and impact.

An ability to authenticallyestablishcredibility, build consensus, and activate collaboration with clients and teammates.

A demonstratedtrack recordof successfully working on large, complex consulting engagements, including roles that involved managing and interfacing with senior-level client executives.

Excellent interpersonal communication skills with professional staff, senior levelexecutivesand the community at large.

A bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university. A master's degree and/or applicable professional certifications are bonuses.

ProjectManagement Certification (CAPM or PMP) is a plus.
