North Highland seeks a highly experienced Manager to lead its Public Sector Consulting team on a nationwide basis. You will guide teams, manage client relationships, and deliver innovative solutions for public sector clients, shaping outcomes across child welfare and related programs.

The role emphasizes building credibility with senior stakeholders, growing accounts, and driving transformative results through practical, scalable approaches. Authorization to work in the United States is required.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of management consulting, advisory, professional services, and/or Big 4 consulting experience.
  • Experience working in child welfare agencies or child welfare technology environments.
  • Experience with SACWIS/case management systems and child welfare business architecture.
  • Familiarity with CCWIS modernization (Comprehensive Child Welfare Information System).
  • Experience with government modernization initiatives, not just operational program experience.
  • Experience supporting HHS programs such as Medicaid, eligibility, TANF, or similar human services agencies.
  • Experience with developing public sector HHS procurements including requirements development, market scans, supporting RFP issuance.
  • Demonstrated track record managing teams while fostering high performance.

Ideally, We'd Like

  • Experience developing proposals that successfully drive clients to choose a business solution.
  • A demonstrated track record supporting large, complex consulting engagements, with roles that involve building and fostering relationships with senior-level client executives.
  • Demonstrated success managing teams while fostering high performance.
  • Creative ingenuity and a proven ability to find or design simple solutions to complex challenges.
