Senior Consultant, Insurance Brokerage, North America

We are seeking an experienced consultant to advise insurance broker client executives and lead teams on digital transformation, process reimagination, platform modernization, AI, and other consulting engagements. Candidates should have brokerage industry experience covering the full value chain, including prospecting, submissions, loss cost & exposure analysis, and functional areas such as submission management, carrier management, risk management programs, policy renewals, reinsurance, claims, and TPA. Experience with broker integration, digital transformation and modernization, legacy transformation, business operations, process optimization, change management, and design thinking techniques is also required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain client relationships, interacting with senior-level executives.
• Deliver high-quality client deliverables on time, mentoring and directing others when appropriate.
• Work independently, identify opportunities, and take decisive action.
• Construct compelling business cases and facilitate effective meetings and presentations.
• Build expertise in a specific horizontal or vertical area.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in comparable consulting services.
• Strategic mindset and ability to lead and develop team members.
• Ability to multitask, engage stakeholders, plan, and achieve operational goals.
• Excellent relationship-building skills.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsor visa. Failure to provide immigration sponsorship.
• Experience leading programs using Agile or hybrid methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or advanced degree, industry-related certification preferred.

Estimated annual gross compensation for candidates based in CA, WA, NY, IL, MN, NJ is $116,875 to $148,125.
