Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years of relevant federal/human-services program experience.
• Ability to obtain Federal Public Trust.
• Experience in early childhood education, Head Start, policy analysis, grants management, or related areas.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience preparing client-facing deliverables and presentations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Support program, policy, operational, and strategic initiatives for children, families, and communities.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses to inform decision-making.
• Develop reports, briefings, and presentations for stakeholders.
• Support grants management and program implementation across federal programs.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement and training to support collaboration.
• Develop work plans, status reports, and implementation strategies.
• Assist in organizational effectiveness, process improvement, and change management.
• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Identify risks and opportunities and develop recommendations.
• Collaborate with federal staff, grant recipients, contractors, and stakeholders.
