Job summary

Konrad in New York, a senior consulting role, seeks a Senior Consultant to lead cross-functional teams on medium and large digital projects and guide clients through our Design Thinking Process to deliver cutting edge user experiences.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of experience, a proven ability to mentor, and a track record of public speaking and client collaboration. You will work with Strategy, UX, and Technology teams to deliver value.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading strategy, design, and technology teams on digital projects.
• Understanding of management, business, and finance processes.
• Strong track record liaising with and collaborating with clients.
• Passion for user experience, digital design, and technology.
• Desire to learn about the latest technologies.
• Strong track record of public speaking.
• Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving ability.
• Ability to work in a team environment and independently.
• Experience mentoring other team members.

Responsibilities

• Support the engagement lead on projects from small to large-scale digital transformations.
• Strategize and create digital solutions for diverse clients and verticals.
• Lead strategy and design thinking workshops with clients.
• Interpret client challenges and work with design/tech teams to deliver experiences.
• Ensure client goals and project timelines are met.
• Be a design and technology thought leader on trends.
• Structure presentations and collateral; mentor junior team members.
