Konrad is seeking a Senior Manager to lead and oversee client engagements and programs, applying strategy, customer experience design, AI, and technology to deliver end-to-end solutions. You will guide cross-functional teams, mentor teammates, and identify innovation opportunities for clients worldwide.

You will manage workshops, interpret client business challenges, and drive elegant user experiences while partnering with design and tech teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6-7 years of relevant experience, including 3+ years of client services experience.
• Solid understanding of complex management, strategy, business, and finance processes.
• Superior organizational, written, and verbal communication skills with strong presentation ability.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Engagement Lead on key projects and programs.
• Oversee engagement and program processes: budget, scope, timelines, resourcing, risk management.
