Qualifications

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree /Master's degree and 5 years of general industry experience or 2 years consulting experience at a top tier consulting firm
• Growing knowledge of corporate strategy and/or transformation core skill sets
• Emerging experience formulating, planning, and/or implementing strategy and transformative efforts
• Growing ability to conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis, provide insights and implications, inform decision making, and make recommendations/prioritize new opportunities
• Growing ability to proactively identify and resolve complex problems with some oversight
• Developing experience managing complex problems with some oversight
• Growing ability to build strong connections with people and teams and work across a matrixed environment
• Growing ability to communicate effectively through verbal, written and visual channels
• Ability to work within a very fast-paced, quickly evolving organization and manage multiple, complex priorities
• Preferred: Experience in the healthcare industry, especially in the health insurance sector
