Job summary

Humana is seeking a Transformation Consultant to support enterprise strategy execution in Kentucky. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience, or Master’s degree with 2+ years of experience.
• Experience in management consulting solving strategic and operational problems for large-scale businesses, or healthcare industry experience involving strategy, operations, or transformation efforts.
• Demonstrable capabilities with quantitative analysis and research.
• Stakeholder management skills.
• Slide design and executive communications in PowerPoint or Word formats.
• Ability to structure problems and develop business recommendations using hypothesis-driven thinking.
• Experience supporting complex or cross-functional workstreams.
• Exposure to stakeholder-driven environments.
• Ability to identify, structure, and solve business problems.
• Healthcare/payer experience preferred.
• Project management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of Humana’s enterprise transformation strategy.

• Request and act upon coaching and feedback.
