Job summary

This role further researches, analyzes, and visualizes client data to support data-driven strategies for product launches and commercial success, often translating client requests into concrete deliverables and leading sub-teams toward timely, error-free results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 2–4 years of professional experience, or PhD.
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office products, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong analytical and quantitative aptitude through coursework or other experience.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and demonstrate active listening skills.
• Ability to work effectively with others and adapt quickly.
• Ability to effectively lead small groups.
• Intermediate coding skills (SAS, Python, R, VBA) and/or knowledge of data visualization software such as Tableau or Power BI, preferred.
• Pharma data sources and domain experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists with data processing, ensures data accuracy, and generates insights/metrics for reports and slide decks.
• Frequently utilizes coding to facilitate data processing and reporting.
• Performs advanced analyses and develops client projects and deliverables, including dashboards and slides.
• Runs existing processes, troubleshoots ad-hoc errors, and updates client deliverables.
• Communicates with clients regarding data processing and ongoing projects.
• Translates client requests into concrete deliverables.
• Keeps the project team apprised of client needs.
• Coordinates with diverse teams globally and serves as a client liaison.
• Synthesizes results for clients and internal teams in oral and written presentations.
• Mentors Associate Consultants and aids training.
