AMEND Consulting seeks a Senior Consultant to lead multi-project account management, linking project teams with clients, and identifying opportunities for retention work.

You will diagnose client needs across people, processes, and systems, craft data-driven solutions, and mentor team members while traveling up to 4 days per week. If you are curious, creative, and thrive in a dynamic environment, this role offers growth and impact across our client base.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Ability to interface with multiple business functions (internally and externally).
• Desire to build leadership and competencies in others within the business.

Responsibilities

• Build detailed plans for projects and manage timeline, budget, profitability and scope.
• Connect project team, client leaders, and subject matter experts on deliverables and status.
• Grow client accounts by identifying and selling opportunities for additional project work.
• Travel up to 4 days/week to meet client needs.
