The ideal candidate has 6+ years in a large firm, CPA or CMA, and hands-on experience with GAAP, data analytics, and tools such as Power BI or Tableau. The position offers a hybrid schedule in the US with travel.

Qualifications

• 6+ years' experience in a large accounting firm in audit, financial advisory service line.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field.
• CPA or CMA certification. Proficiency with Power BI and Tableau is a plus.
• Familiarity with mid-market ERP like QuickBooks, NetSuite or IntAcct.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in GAAP Advisory, Business Analytics and Financial Accounting Advisory Services projects.
• Supervise, develop and train staff on engagements.
• Engage directly with senior managers and partners on client matters.
• Strengthen client relationships and pursue new business opportunities.
• Communicate with executives to ensure exceptional client service.
• Lead recruiting efforts and participate in firm referral programs.
• Travel approximately 25% and work in a hybrid environment.
