Baker Tilly US is seeking a Senior Consultant for our Financial Advisory Services within the CFO Advisory team. The role focuses on improving financial reporting processes and driving value through technical analysis and process improvements.

Clients range from emerging growth to publicly traded firms across multiple industries. Our CFO Advisory practice offers cross-country collaboration with senior professionals who have held CFO, Controller or audit roles.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a large accounting firm in audit or financial advisory.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field.
• CPA certification preferred.
• Knowledge of Power BI and Tableau is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Participate in projects focused on Finance Performance Improvement, Business Analytics and Decision Support, Financial Accounting Advisory Services, Transaction Support, and Program/Project Management.
• Actively participate in the team’s project work and roll up your sleeves to contribute.
• Interact directly with managers and partners on client and engagement management matters.
• Strengthen client relationships by delivering outstanding service to management, investors and lenders.
• Engage in professional development through training and networking events.
• Assist with recruiting activities and referrals to grow the firm’s talent pool.
• Demonstrate strong teamwork, positive attitude and high ethical standards.
