Job summary

FTI Consulting’s CP&A practice is seeking a Senior Consultant to guide clients on strategy, transformation, and asset management across people, process, data, and technology. You’ll influence project direction and develop client-ready materials using PowerPoint and Excel.

You will mentor CP&A consultants, support engagement delivery across growth and sustaining capital, construction, and outages, and partner with senior leaders to drive performance improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field; 3+ years in strategy/management consulting or capital projects and infrastructure.
• Advanced Excel to aggregate, model, and manage large data sets.
• Proficient in developing professional work products using PowerPoint and Word; ability to travel to client sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to CP&A Consulting projects across strategy, organizational assessments, digital transformation, and asset management.
• Provide guidance on capital projects including growth and sustaining capital, construction, maintenance, outages, and decommissioning.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to ensure project success; deliver PMIS and process improvements.
