Job summary

FTI Consulting is seeking a senior-level professional for its Capital Advisors arm to lead capital raises and M&A engagements, delivering structured deal workstreams and client-ready materials. You will work closely with clients, lenders, and internal teams to advance transactions with rigor and strategic insight.

You will develop advanced financial models, valuations, and market analyses, while mentoring junior team members and contributing to firm-wide best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting required.
• 5+ years in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Lending and/or Private Credit.
• Must hold SIE, Series 79 and 63 licenses.
• Prior M&A and/or Debt Capital Markets experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel to offices and client sites in the US.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of capital raising and M&A engagements while managing core workstreams.
• Lead the preparation of transaction analyses and materials, including financial models, valuations, teaser and CIM, and client presentations.
• Perform detailed financial, industry, and market analysis of clients and opportunities.
• Build, review, and refine financial models and valuation analyses in Excel.
• Conduct industry and competitive landscape research and benchmarking.
