Salary Range: $93,500 - $118,500 per year.

Job Description

As a Senior Consultant, you will be part of a dynamic global team working on diverse projects within Capital Markets. Your role includes process consulting, experience design, data analysis, AI application, technology strategy, and change management. You will collaborate with stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes and drive transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Define product strategy with a focus on user experience.
• Manage product lifecycle from planning to execution.
• Perform functional and technical data analysis.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure product success.
• Lead or contribute to sales pursuits and internal initiatives.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 7+ years of experience in management consulting or related fields in Capital Markets.
• Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, Tableau.
• Excellent communication skills with experience engaging at senior levels.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Deep knowledge of North American Capital Markets.
• Advanced skills in SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Python, API development.
• Experience with UX/UI in financial services.
• PMI/Agile certification preferred.
