We solve complex business problems in partnership with innovative software providers. This position is within our analytics strategy practice.

What You Will Do

As an Analytics & AI Strategy Engagement Manager, you will act as a trusted advisor to clients—partnering with business leaders and executives to shape Data, Analytics, and AI transformation agendas. You will assess clients' data landscapes, AI readiness, and analytics maturity, define target architectures, and develop strategic roadmaps to turn data into scalable assets and solutions. You will also contribute to developing our go-to-market offerings in Data Strategy, AI, and Monetization.

We seek strategic thinkers passionate about AI, data, and analytics. You should be a skilled communicator and problem solver, with a deep understanding of data architectures, AI/ML applications, and data monetization models. You are a self-starter, eager to learn and adapt, with consulting experience and leadership skills to own client engagements and contribute to practice growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Enterprise Data & AI strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Design and operationalize data products based on high-value use cases.
  • Create data monetization strategies for internal and external value.
  • Assess current analytics and AI maturity, identify gaps, and develop roadmaps.
  • Collaborate with data teams to define AI use cases and frameworks.
  • Design data governance models supporting compliance and trust.
  • Define future data architectures, pipelines, and lifecycle workflows.
  • Establish KPIs and track the impact of data products and AI solutions.
  • Lead stakeholder workshops and change management initiatives.
  • Create practice accelerators like delivery frameworks and templates.
  • Support sales efforts through proposals and thought leadership.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
  • 5+ years leading Data & Analytics or AI projects in large organizations.
  • Strategy development and execution experience.
  • Client-facing advisory experience, ideally in consulting.
  • Deep knowledge of data architectures, AI/ML, and data monetization.
  • Experience with data governance and ethical AI considerations.
  • Familiarity with data platforms and tools like Snowflake, Databricks, Azure, AWS, GCP, etc.
  • Certifications such as CDMP or AI Governance are a plus.

We are hiring for full-time, remote work within the US or UK. Atlanta-based candidates can work at our headquarters in Sandy Springs, GA.
