Job Title:SAP GRC Access Control Expert

Summary:
Highly proficient SAP GRC professional with deep expertise in GRC 12 configuration and end-to-end implementation of Access Control (AC) modules including ARA, ARM, BRM, EAM, and UAR. Adept at identifying business risks, ensuring compliance through effective Segregation of Duties (SoD), and implementing mitigation controls aligned with regulatory frameworks such as SOX and HIPAA.

Core Competencies:

• GRC 12 Configuration: Expert in configuring and customizing SAP GRC 12.0 solutions tailored to business needs.
• Access Control Modules: Advanced knowledge of ARA (Access Risk Analysis), ARM (Access Request Management), BRM (Business Role Management), EAM (Emergency Access Management), and UAR (User Access Review).
• SoD and Risk Mitigation: Comprehensive understanding of Segregation of Duties principles and the ability to define and implement effective mitigation controls.
• Workflow Design: Expertise in BRF+ and MSMP configuration to streamline and optimize GRC workflows across modules.
• Fiori Enablement: Skilled in enabling SAP Fiori apps for GRC, including catalog and role development.
• Ruleset Development: Hands-on experience building risk libraries, functions, and rule sets tailored to organizational policies.
• Firefighter Configuration: Strong background in setting up and maintaining Firefighter access and controls, including role customization per client-specific requirements.
• Role Management: Proficient in creating and managing GRC-specific roles for approvers, controllers, administrators, and other stakeholders.
• Compliance Standards: Working knowledge of key regulatory standards including SOX, HIPAA, and other industry-specific compliance frameworks.
