Job summary

Ryan is seeking a Senior Consultant, Business Solutions in California to partner with stakeholders, analyze processes, and design scalable solutions that improve efficiency and client value. The role includes requirements analysis, design, data evaluation, configuration, testing, and documentation to support successful delivery of business initiatives.

You will mentor teammates, collaborate across global teams, and contribute to high-quality client outcomes through analytical rigor and execution

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Technology, or related field; 3+ years in consulting or business analysis.
• Experience translating requirements into actionable solutions and supporting project delivery.
• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Interface with stakeholders to understand business needs and system requirements.
• Translate requirements into functional specifications and designs.
• Provide proactive status updates and maintain cross-functional communication.
• Assist with data gathering, extraction, reconciliation, and analysis.
• Develop client documentation, reports, and presentations.
• Support resolution of client inquiries and service-related matters.
• Analyze processes to identify inefficiencies and improvements.
• Configure and test solutions based on defined requirements.
• Create testing scenarios and document results.
