Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering, AI Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Financial Engineering, Computing, or related field.
• Recent graduate or early-career candidate with up to 2 years post-graduate experience in business problem-solving, analytical thinking, communication, AI-enabled working, and proactive BA mindset; experience in financial services or consulting preferred.
• Foundational ability to leverage AI tools, prompt engineering, and productivity platforms to accelerate business analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Power BI, Tableau to support data analysis and clear presentations.
• Strong consulting skills, client-facing ability, and collaboration with business and technology stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• AI-Enabled Consulting Delivery: Apply traditional tools and AI-enabled platforms to accelerate research, analysis, documentation, prototyping, and delivery.
• Client Engagement & Delivery: Work with client teams to understand objectives, challenges, constraints, priorities, and desired outcomes.
• Strategic Problem Solving: Assess processes, data flows, risks, and pain points to define strategic initiatives and operating models.
• Technical Business Analysis: Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, data requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Solution Design & Implementation Support: Partner with product owners, engineers, data teams to support design, implementation, and testing.
• Workstream Ownership & Execution: Manage timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies; communicate progress.
• Client-Ready Communication & Deliverables: Prepare presentations, executive summaries, and status reports.
