Job summary

ASI Government seeks a Senior Consultant to lead acquisition content development across AI-enabled transformation engagements in its Department of War portfolio. You will work with senior leaders, acquisition SMEs, UX and technical teams to convert policies and templates into usable content for acquisition professionals.

The role requires strong writing, rapid learning, and ability to guide content strategy, validation, and implementation in a fast-paced government environment.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Department of War or Department of the Navy, preferably within contracting, acquisition, or policy organization.
• 5+ years of experience in roles requiring rapid absorption of complex processes and the development of clear, structured content.
• Experience independently leading a defined workstream or major project component with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned content workstreams with scope, milestones, risks, and quality accountability.
• Translate complex policies and knowledge into clear, client-ready content for acquisition professionals.
• Collaborate with acquisition, legal, policy, accessibility, UX, and technical reviewers to finalize content.
• Partner with product, data, and technical teams to support AI-enabled guides and workflow solutions.
• Support demonstrations, usability sessions, and structured feedback activities with target users.
