Job summary

ASI Government seeks a Senior Consultant to lead acquisition content development workstreams within its Department of War portfolio. You will transform complex policies, templates, and institutional knowledge into clear, accurate content for acquisition professionals, guiding processes from discovery to implementation.

The role requires strong writing, analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, client stakeholders, and leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Department of War or Navy, preferably contracting, acquisition, or policy.
• 5+ years in roles translating complex processes into clear, structured content.
• Experience independently leading a defined workstream with multiple stakeholders, sources, and deliverables.
• Ability to rapidly understand complex or ambiguous processes and translate them into clear, structured, accurate content.
• Strong writing, editing, and client-ready content production skills.
• Experience facilitating interviews, workshops, validation sessions, or user-testing with stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel and work at client sites as required by engagements.
• US citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain required clearances.

Responsibilities

• Lead content workstreams from discovery through implementation and optimization.
• Translate policy knowledge into actionable, client-ready content with authority and clarity.
• Coordinate with acquisition SMEs, users, and technical teams to ensure alignment.
• Maintain quality standards: attribution, version control, and usability across the content library.
• Support AI-enabled tool integration by translating content needs into requirements.
