An elite strategy + data consultancy is expanding its New York team (currently 35 people) and is looking for a hungry, commercially sharp Senior Consultant who wants to grow fast in a “start‑up within a scale‑up" environment. This opportunity gives you the chance to work in smaller teams where you can wear multiple hats and gives you real exposure to private equity clients from day one.

What you’ll do:

• Work directly with PE funds and portfolio companies on commercial strategy, revenue modelling, and exit/roadmap projects
• Combine consulting thinking with data‑driven insights ("tech that enables better decisions")
• Build high‑impact workstreams with real ownership, visibility, and client interaction

Requirements:

• 2.5–4 years’ experience in consulting, PE, or analytically strong commercial roles
• Strong communication skills — this is highly client‑facing
• STEM/technical background is a plus - understanding of SQL, Python, etc
• Most importantly: drive, curiosity, humility, and motivation to work in a small environment with multiple hats
