Job summary

Tarka Talent is seeking a US-based management consultant with 4+ years of experience to lead multi-million-dollar transformation programs across Manufacturing, Consumer and Retail. You will manage four to eight consultants, align KPIs with business outcomes, and drive governance and improvement on-site four days a week.

The role requires strong problem-solving, the ability to tell a compelling story to C-suite and frontline teams, and the right to work in the US without visa sponsorship.

Qualifications

• 4+ years consulting experience (ops/supply-chain etc) at a top-tier consulting firm.
• Strong analytical problem-solving and storytelling ability.
• Track record of delivering measurable operational improvements.
• Right to work in the US without any VISA sponsorship.
• Flexibility to travel extensively.

Responsibilities

• Deliver multi-million-dollar transformation workstreams across Manufacturing, Consumer and Retail clients.

You’ll begin your journey with full immersion in the firm’s proven methodology, spending your first few months at their UK HQ before stepping into a key leadership role in the US.

In your role, you will:
