Con Edison in New York is seeking a Senior Construction Specialist - CONST Survey to oversee scheduling, training coordination, and surveying activities across departments. You will plan, schedule, and estimate survey work while ensuring compliance with federal, state, NYC, and company requirements.

This role requires driving efficiency and safety in field operations. Candidates should have strong communication, negotiation skills, and proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office, with 3–7 years

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Able to negotiate and conduct adversarial meetings.
• Proficient with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Experience surveying with emphasis on utility surveying; supervision preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee schedules for all employees to avoid conflicts with operating requirements.
• Coordinate training schedules to ensure compliance with regulations and company requirements.
• Plan, schedule, and estimate all survey work.
• Coordinate survey activities between company and contractor forces.
• Maintain safe work practices and environmental compliance; keep accurate records.
