Job summary

Ideal candidates hold a four-year engineering degree (or equivalent), 8+ years supervisory experience, and strong leadership with LEAN/BIM familiarity. Procore and scheduling tools are required.

Qualifications

• Four-year engineering degree or equivalent combinations of technical training and/or experience.
• Minimum eight years supervisory experience in similar facility construction technology, methods, equipment, tools and work procedures.
• Advanced understanding of construction scheduling, cost control and ability to supervise large groups.
• Minimum OSHA 30 safety certification.
• Ability to ensure client satisfaction and maximize profitability with a safe environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee total construction effort to ensure project aligns with design, budget, and schedule.
• Supervise and coordinate contractors and trades to ensure contracts are followed.
• Review plans, specs, and addenda prior to internal meetings.
• Coordinate temporary facilities and site logistics.
• Maintain Procore logs and update the project schedule bi-weekly.
