Job summary

Skanska USA is seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead field operations on assigned projects, ensuring safety, schedule adherence, budget control, and ethical conduct. The role oversees craft and non‑craft labor and requires extensive construction leadership experience across multiple projects.

The candidate will bring deep knowledge of safety culture, QA/QC, and risk mitigation, with a Bachelor's in Construction Mgmt/Engineering or equivalent and a strong track record of mentoring teams and

Qualifications

• 8+ years actively creating a Safety and QA/QC Cultural.
• 5+ years in a Top Leadership position for multiple projects.
• 15+ years of Building and construction experience.
• 15+ years experience scheduling and prioritizing activities.
• 10+ years experience identifying and dealing with Risk & Mitigation procedures.
• Demonstrated ability to Mentor and develop talent.
• Proven experience stepping into a problem project and quickly identifying problem areas or concerns and setting direction for correcting the issue.
• Bachelor’s Degree - Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or similar or 8 years equivalent experience plus minimum 10 years prior relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• The Senior Superintendent is responsible for field operations on the project(s) assigned and ensures the project/area is constructed safely, timely, profitable and ethical, in accordance with contract documents, design, budget, and schedule and in compliance with all laws.
• Directly supervises field craft labor and non-craft field personnel.
