• Develop CPM schedules and detailed scopes of work.
• Develop project site logistics plan and manage labor budgets.
• Maintain understanding of contract documents and safety programs.
• Review and maintain project costs and quality standards.
• Lead weekly subcontractor coordination meetings and submittal processes.
• Ensure As-Built drawings are kept current.
